The RTA is an ophthalmic imaging device for the mapping and quantitative measurement of retinal thickness and disc topography, offering comprehensive data through two integrated diagnostic pathways; SLO and Digital Fundus Imaging.
The data acquired is presented as color-coded 2D and 3D thickness and topography maps, deviation probability maps from a normative database, quantitative numerical values, optical cross sections, unique interactive 3D cut sections and digital fundus images. With every scan, a color fundus photo is captured automatically. A registration software automatically overlays the thickness maps on the fundus image, ensuring accurate orientation.
The RTA 5 offers a quick and easy operation process and a new Vision Wellness exam that plays a key role in the vision loss prevention process, assisting in early detection, identification and effective monitoring of the major back-of-the-eye diseases.
